The ride was *perfect*! Our driver was great, friendly and professional and a very safe driver. We got to the airport in plenty of time, it was much less stressful than driving ourselves. There was communication by email and text both to confirm our reservation that we'd made online a few weeks before the date and to notify us by text that our driver would be to our house at the arranged time (a few minutes early, actually, which was great). Overall, Arbor Taxi exceeded our expectations and made it very easy to get to the airport on time and without the normal stress associated with it! EDIT 06/08/2025: Our return flight from JFK to DTW last night ended up being delayed for several hours, but this wasn't a problem for Arbor Taxi. We'd already scheduled our taxi from DTW back home so we kept in contact thru text and our driver (Mr. Omar, who was super friendly and professional) was monitoring the delays using a flight tracking app; he was ready and waiting for us, it didn't bother him one but, and once we got to talking on the way to the car our stress just melted away. Very happy with the service we received and highly recommend Arbor Taxi's service!
