Back in Oct 2023 PREET Shah had a listing across the street from my house. PREET came by, introduced himself to me stating he had just sold the house across the street and am I thinking about selling. I had stated that at some point in the near future I would be selling. Over the next year and a half PREET would call me from time to time and ask if I was ready to sell. I said not yet until… This year in early June we connected and my house went on the market. PREET explained everything to me as we went along. PREET did lots of advertising. PREET setup an open house on Sat and Sun. After a week on the market my house sold thanks to PREET and his team.
