Called them and wanted a quote for replacing old clay sewage line outside my house. Since it was already known that the job wanted was to replace the sewage line I thought it would be a straight forward quote. Not the case. Even though I had had the line already camera inspected they insisted on doing their own to confirm what I had already told them. This of course is how a lot of plumbing companies get the ‘extra’ money from the client. I said ok and they want ahead and did a camera inspection of the line again and confirmed what I had said. They happily sent me the bill for the camera inspection for which I paid immediately and then never heard from them again. Asked for a quote to fix it and I was told that I would get one but never did. In the end made me feel like it was just a cash grab inspection but didn’t want to do the work. It’s unfortunate as I was referred to them by a friend.

They came and put a camera down the drain that was after the blockage.They should have taken out the clean out plug to look for the blockage but instead took the easy way and went down an easy hole. I guess if you want something done you have to do it yourself.That was a couple of hundred dollars down the drain no pun intended.It was all a show with nothing of value done at all.
