I am giving a middle of the road star rating. There are good and bad about Artic but that's at any company pretty much. I worked there time before cameras were a thing. If you are NOT doing anything wrong then it should NOT be a big deal. If the company(no matter what company) is spying on their driver then that could be an issue. So my review isn't from current experience with them so the people may NOT even be there. Pros: it's family owned and ran for the most part. Mike Durst the owner is very nice. There was an awesome, nice friendly older gentleman dispatcher there but he's no longer there from my understanding. So my complaint is a very serious one in my opinion but I'm thankful for my time there. I fell very ill out on the road to the point a death feeling had come. When I called in at night to let them know where their truck, trailer and my body is Mike(dispatcher) says you only have 2 hours to lay down and I explained if I wake up I wake up but if NOT this is where your truck is. So I eventually woke up after 6hrs still feeling very bad. Made it to Texas and delivered my load. Thankfully it was Mother's Day so reload didn't pick up till the following day. So I decided I needed to go to the ER. Got to the hospital and went unconscious. They called the hospital every few hours as they didn't believe I was admitted or something. Anyways fast forward to me being discharged from the hospital. So Angie(dispatcher) tells me I was to pick up a load at Dannon Yougart and take it too Orrfield Cold Storage. I clearly told her I was NOT taking it to Orrfield PA. We ended up going back and forth and I said ok whatever just to appease her. Well it was the weekend and by the time I got to the yard in Hillard it was late at night so I just dropped the trailer in front of the shop and went home. They called me asking why the trailer was there and why I didn't proceed on. I explained and then Jay(safety guy) called me and tried telling me I was to take the load and deliver it. Well needless to say after Doc appt and a 2 1/2 hour brain MRI I decided to go up to the yard and clean out my truck cause my life was more important than the company. So I said all that to say at that time they didn't give a crap about their driver's well being. If it's still like that in 2025 I'm NOT sure. A driver's well being should always be important because something major could happen and then the company could be caught in a serious lawsuit(s). You just have to decide for yourself if this is a good company you'd want to be employed at or not. Just remember you matter more than a truck, trailer, freight.

... Very good company, run by a good family with family oriented goals, the sons of a man with a long term vision carry on with it. Facilities are above most companies, support is equal. Trucks run great, equipment in general is well kept. The shop people are TOP NOTCH. Office/clerical 👌always there to answer questions or suggest how to improve. 4 stars out of 5(theres always room for improvement 😉) From the Florida waters, yours truly...

Very sorry to bother you guys but I am randomly reading through reviews on google and I happened upon a review where someone mentioned fishing in your pond and they got a reply that all are welcome. I'm just trying to determine if you mean all employees or if anyone is allowed to come and fish. I used to fish at a little runoff pond on Roberts road but now they have signs for no fishing. I'm physically handicapped and can't get to ponds or lakes that require a lot of walking so I figured i'd take a shot in the dark to ask here and see if it was possible. I'm very quiet, clean up after myself and simply catch and release. If not, I completely understand. I would have just been very mad at myself if I didn't ask.
