I called the ardent office and dentist Renee Watts as a new patient as pain was developing along my lower jaw line. I was called to the office that day for an x-ray and diagnosis of a large cavity in my 70 years old mollar requiring removal scheduled within 5 days. As a nervous patient, everything at this office from staff to equipment met my needs. A truly painless dentist. I do not believe a better can be found im the Eugene/Springfield area. Highly recommended

I was referred to Ardent Care and I have to say everybody is kind and caring. I need some dental work and my out of pocket is affordable. There was no pressure to continue on but as we all know dental health is important and if not taken care of can lead to other health issues.

Really nice staff, very nice facilities, just very expensive. I wanted to get my teeth cleaned and ended up posting nearly 700 for it. I made my appointment for cleaning, then discovered the day off that it was just an exam appointment, and I had to come back for cleaning. Second appointment had cleaning but was told they like to let people heal up a bit then finish cleaning in a couple weeks, and tried to set a third appointment (which would have cost even more) instead I explained I didn't have the money for more appointments, and would they please finish my cleaning. They did, which I appreciated. Not only was each visit expensive, there were more visits than I wanted.
