If possible.. I would not have given even a one star for my experience. I shopped there two days back. I was there with my two other friends.My purchase went fine until I came home and found out they over charged me for One item and the promotion price was not given even.I was there at the time of closing the store, so couldn’t go back the same day. Next day when I went in to let then know what happened, they didn’t apologize for once. I was politely explaining to first girl about what happened, suddenly the second lady jumped right in very rudely and supposedly she was the manager.I could not stand her rude bahaviour and told her this is not the right way to treat a client who has been overcharged and drive the next day to give you a chance to fix your mistake. Instead of owning responsibility of their mistake and fixing it. They were super rude,unprofessional and really pathetic human beings.While I was talking to her jumped in the third one, a mature lady who does not want to give her name even, started telling that “she will not give me my money back because I am yelling” where as I was not the one yelling but her. I am assuming she is the owner of the store as she doesn’t have any fear of losing her job.They did gave me my money back which they were suppose to but they did it like they this was a huge favour for me.Mind you she also threatened me “with calling the cops”I highly regret my decision to shop at this store as my 7 year daughter was with me. God bless the store and the clients who come here to shop.After this incident I was thinking what happened to the customer service industry.

Came to the store on october 10, I think her name was Priya, she was working at cash, she was really nice and helpful when I couldn't find a size for my bra. Will be visiting this location again because of the excellent customer service.

I usually enjoy shopping at La Vie en Rose, but my recent experience was disappointing. One of the employees Ganuja was noticeably rude and dismissive when I asked for help. I was made to feel like I was bothering her just by asking a simple question. Instead of offering assistance or even basic courtesy, her tone was cold and uninterested. I understand that everyone can have off days, but customer service should always be respectful. I hope management takes this seriously, because it really changes the shopping experience.

Today with the sweltering heat, we decided to dive into a first time bikini shopping adventure for my teen. Modest is putting it lightly and a little anxious about change rooms and public spaces so I was already on edge. We were blessed with the most patient and knowledgeable woman who knew exactly how to assist us. Her grace far exceeded anyone I’ve ever encountered in customer service. I believe her name is IRA. There were only two women on the floor today Sunday June 22nd. Just want to recommend this store and say thank you for a fantastic shopping experience!
