The Next Level Store - TNL

I had an amazing experience at Point Zero yesterday. A staff member named David helped me out, and he was very professional, patient, and supportive throughout. I really appreciated his assistance!

I found what I wanted. However, staff is very unfriendly (least to say), that’s -3 stars. Just a reminder (shall anyone care, who manages this store) that the overall experience matters. The memory, which remains when a customer leaves the service point (store, restaurant etc). It may be no service consumed yet good experience received and vice versa, and it’s always been that way…

This company makes nice jackets, but will not respond to customers when they have an issue. I bought a new jacket just before Christmas and the zipper on the arm broke the first time I used it, I tried to exchange the jacket and was told all these jackets have been recalled because of the zipper defect. I tried to contact point zero through their web page and have been ignored twice. I would not buy there products again as the customer service is horrible and I'm stuck with a jacket that has a broken zipper.
