He answered all my questions and was patient with me when I was in the showroom testing out the chairs. I ended up buying the new Osaki Grand Duo that was just released. It is a beautiful massage chair with all the new technology, 4D+4D dual massage rollers, and sliding doors! The delivery guys were professional. They worked efficiently assembling it, and they knew what they were doing. They described how the chair operates and how the tablet works.
