I want to take a minute, or two, and give ARI's rep, Donny, a glowing review. Donny took his time helping me with some issues that we are experiencing with our website, and most specifically manufacturer incentives. Donny listened intently to my questions and answered with concise answers that...well...even I could understand. With his help, we were able to post proper incentives and stay confidently within the guidelines set by the manufacturer. Tech is not language that I speak and he interpreted every tech word for me. Some may say that he dumbed it down. That's not what I would say. What I would say is that he listened to my frustration and helped with solutions to each concern. I am very grateful to have Donny on my side. If you don't have a "Donny" on side, you need one. Better yet, you should try to get my Donny. We have been dealing with ARI since the beginning of this year and have nothing but good things to say about the product and service. They were very helpful with setting up our website and went over everything with us. Lots of tutorials on how to look after the site for updates if we wanted to update some things ourselves. They are ready and willing to help if we needed assistance and had any questions or wanted changes made to to the site. They review our site with us periodically and make the necessary changes. Our account manager Andrea is awesome to work with and makes everything easy and clear for us. Always available to reach by email or phone to help us out. I would definitely recommend them for all your website needs.
