All around amazing! I've been going to Kaizen for a few years now and have had the opportunity to visit most of the locations and receive massages from several different staff members. All of the locations are super clean and all the staff are welcoming. I have to however, mention that my go to is Dawn Moon. Phenomenal service, great massages, kind, understanding and really focuses on what you need. Looking forward to my next appointment! 🤗

Front desk was super kind and friendly. Harpreet was amazing- felt super comfortable, and she knew all the pain points without having to explain. Felt super rejuvenated and calm after the session. Very clean and relaxing, my go to place now :)

They helped us get the best 👌 deals, booked the appointments for us and made sure everything was ready 👌 when we came to the location. The billing and invoice process was smooth and error free. The locations itself are really comfortable and relaxing 😌. Finally all the masseuse over here are highly skilled and highly recommended. Have been coming here for over 4 years and my family frequents the location as well. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏
