Our new home in Mesa was built in 2000 so it was definitely time for repair or replacement of the roof. We made an appointment for an estimate with State 48 Roofing, who did the inspection prior to our home purchase in mid July. Mike Smyth came to our house and pulled up our roof inspection, which included an earlier estimate. He was very glad that we waited until now for roofing, because State 48 was having a Thanksgiving Special, offering substantial savings! Mike even said we could start the next day and everything would be done before the holiday! My wife and I were very pleased with the opportunity and very impressed with Mike Smyth. Alejandro, the Supervisor met with me to go over the details of our roof project to give me a clear understanding. State 48 Roofing provided a large crew and in just two days time, we had a really beautiful new roof! Fantastic cleanup too! Our project also included putting new foaming on the patio roof and installing a solar tube to bring in better day lighting in the hallway. Alex, the patio roof repair Supervisor made sure that I knew the importance of weather conditions in order for the patio roof process to be done correctly. State 48 Roofing’s invoice review includes rooftop photos of the work, from start to completion which we really appreciated receiving. We can’t say enough about the outstanding quality and professionalism extended to us from Mike, Shannon, Alejandro, Alex, their amazing crew and everyone we were involved with at State 48 Roofing! Loved working with State 48! Jason was quick to evaluate my roof and gave me a few options for repair and/or replace and walked me through each one. Once we made a decision they got the solar guys out quick to disconnect and remove my panels so they could get the repair done next day! The crew kept was clean and left nothing behind. I highly recommend Jason and his team!

Mike S. came out to discuss our roofing needs and provided the necessary quote in a timely and professional manner. We were quickly put on the schedule and work began. There was a delay on part of the job due to an equipment issue; however, the job superintendent kept us informed. The only negative comment I have is that Mike and the scheduler, Shannon, both sent us emails/texts to keep us updated; we received the same information from both parties at the same time. All in all, I guess that is better than not getting any communication from the company. The finished job looks great (new elastomeric roof coating on a flat roof and miscellaneous repairs on the tile roof). Everyone from the estimator to scheduler to the workers were friendly and professional.
