Luis came by to do the final check! Such a great and thoughtful guy. He examined everything and went back through with the magnet to triple check for nails. Everything from these guys has been great. From the first day they came over to take a look at the roof, to helping us talk with insurance to get the best deal on replacing our roof. They got us set up with a Solar company that paid for the upgraded materials and service. Got the ball rolling so quick we were shocked. All the way to ensuring the job was done before the freak storms happened, with absolutely no leaks or issues thus far. All around I would say every side of this company is great. I only interacted with people so much but the customer service from all sides of Adjust Pro Solutions and Pro-Tech has been very friendly and caring employees.

Ruben and Alana are THE BEST!!!🤗. They took down a rickety old wooden fence that had been picked up by heavy winds & was laying on my house. It was going down a long span on my East side of the yard; and they installed. new corrugated metal panels. They are honest hardworking people who like their work to be not only nice looking, but also installed safely and lined up not crooked or uneven. My new fence looks AMAZING!! Thank you both- Alana & Ruben.

Make sure everything is in writing anything and everything they say the will do or fix…. Lies lies on top of lies. I wish I knew how lousy of the workmanship/installation would be…they were supposed to replace all damaged decking and rooted or saturated wood. I honestly believe I would’ve done a better job myself, then after contacting their supervisors, they state they will fix it. They never did I call and I asked for a manager and pass me the different supervisor and the same promises. This company will put you in circles probably hoping that you’ll give up the person you spoke to in writing the contract with no longer answer, she blocked me. I never got to even talk to her in regards of her false promises be aware!!! Not only that they offer some other service “ solar “ and they will do the work back to back so that if a complaint is ever made, they can’t be blamed for because their partner has a done work on the roof. I was told they would fix it and then they put me on hold for weeks. They tried to reach out to my insurance and ask for money acting as if they never done the roof on my insurance tonight it they came back and said they weren’t going to fix anything, unless the ROC requires them to. I don’t hire Pro Tech contracting. They are a general contracting company, save money, and hire a company that specifies in that specific trade.
