This company was hired to take over developing my start up app. They seemed eager for the job, consistently following up before they got the job. Once they got it, despite a team of people being allocated to my project, one person having "personal conflicts" multiple times held up the project. Additionally, I was initially told that they could build upon the previous code for app. However, once they got paid they concluded that they would have to start over and that all the hours they got paid for were used up on essentially nothing tangible. The 20 hours they troubleshooting unsolvable errors was discovered and fixed by a different developer in only a few hours. Since this info was shared with them they have continued to ghost and ignore me and offer no refund. What an amazing experience.
