Nick gave us an amazing experience. I was expecting to be there for 4-5 hours since that’s how long I’ve been told it takes to go through this process so many times. I think we may have been there an hour? Maybe an hour 30. Anyways, when we pulled up Nick came out and met us in the parking lot and was immediately welcoming and so helpful. We knew which one we wanted and as soon as we told him that was the one we started the quick and easy process.
