Customer experiences
I received excellent physical therapy at ARSO to treat the effects of chronic fatigue syndrome which severely reduced my stamina. It prevented me from doing a variety of activities including exercise, affecting my strength and mobility. The therapy initially involved training in moving more efficiently and gradually improving my strength and balance without overtaxing myself. I followed up each visit with prescribed exercise routines that I did at home. As I improved these gradually progressed to more vigorous exercise routines that included cardio, but were designed in a way that was doable. I still do these at home. I observed Dr. Cooper and her staff treating patients with a variety of different issues. I highly recommended ARSO.
I visited ARSO to get help with my positional vertigo. From day 1, Dr. Cooper was absolutely amazing. She is patient, courteous, and answered all of my questions. The atmosphere and her staff are all wonderful. I worked with a member of her team, Makeel, who demonstrated movements and provided assistance as needed. I would absolutely recommend ARSO!!!!
My wife had a brain aneurysm that also caused her to have a stroke back in March of 2022. After spending a month in the hospital, we tried two different physical therapy centers because she lost her strength on her left side and was unable to walk. At the first center, she was told by the head therapist that she would not walk again. I decided that was not the place for her. The second center just continued with a protocol, until they told her that she had plateaued, and she was still unable to stand or walk. Again, I was speechless but knowing my wife much better than they did. I did some research and found ARSO and made an appointment with Doctor Cooper. My wife started her therapy at ARSO April 13th, 2023. On the first day Doctor Cooper put my wife in a motorized gate machine that assist her with walking. That brought tears to my eyes. The other two centers didn't even have that machine. Doctor Cooper was able to get my wife back to walking. The first day at ARSO my wife was in a wheelchair. Now my wife walks into ARSO from our vehicle. Doctor Cooper is very creative and patients. Doctor Cooper designs each patient therapeutic services based on their individual needs. We would highly recommend ARSO
ARSO was just what I needed. Judith Cooper found the root cause of my ankle pain rather than just treating the symptoms. Dr. Cooper assigned attainable activities for me to do during the sessions and issued clearly written and illustrated instructions for exercises I can do at home. Office staff is friendly and helpful. The office is clean and comfortable. I recommend ARSO rehab without hesitation.
