Excellent customer service and overall experience. I had been dealing with a skin issue for over a year that Danielle identified and treated in a 30 min appointment. Her knowledge and confidence in her field is awesome. Highly recommend these people!

After going for over a year I finally left because of the abrasive nature Danielle the tech was. Even recently calling to make a payment there was attitude where she tried to correct me while I was asking for help. She went to say she’s worked their 12 years and insinuated that I had no idea what I was talking about. When in fact she did not know what she was going on about . She was talking so fast to get me off the phone and then handed the phone mid conversation to the receptionist because she was annoyed. Very unprofessional. I stopped going and have referred others to a new esthetician place that is just as close and more personable experience.

I had a few treatments done here and was less than impressed. I had the skin pen done and noticed right away that spots on my face were missed. When I mentioned it I was told that I was wrong and once it healed it would be fine. Its not. I have lines on my face that show where it was missed.
