Even recently calling to make a payment there was attitude where she tried to correct me while I was asking for help. She went to say she’s worked their 12 years and insinuated that I had no idea what I was talking about. When in fact she did not know what she was going on about . She was talking so fast to get me off the phone and then handed the phone mid conversation to the receptionist because she was annoyed. Very unprofessional. I stopped going and have referred others to a new esthetician place that is just as close and more personable experience.
