When looking them up again on Google I saw the reviews, 3.2 stars and almost canceled. BUT reading the reviews, I discovered 1) most people were judging the service on the receptionist and their interactions with her and 2) the clients that were reviewing were Groupon customers who maybe were a little unhappy because coupon wasn't being honored any longer. Well I am HAPPY I didn't cancel and read the reviews! The service was REALLY wonderful and the knowledge base of my esthetician was really good! You could tell she loved her job, knew her stuff and cared about your skin! I made 2 more appointments! And the receptionist during my visit was nice. So I hope you read the reviews 1st and understanding what the real issue was before making judgement.
