I just had a wisdom teeth removal, the two on the bottom row. I’ve been reading the reviews since my first consultation here, which made me hesitant to come here. My teeth were hurting so I decided to stick with this place since I was in a hurry to get them out. Everyone has treated me so so well, front desk is sweet and cooperative. The person who administered the IV were very nice, as well as the people who performed the extraction on me. After my extraction was done, I felt very very woozy, and emotional due to the sedation but they were all very patient. Although I was concerned at first because they had charged me twice, once for an x-ray the day of the consultation and again the day of the extraction for a CT scan. Before I made any payments I got in contact with my insurance and they said that they were in fact right and that my insurance didn’t cover the X-ray or the scan. Despite all my suspicions, everything went very well. My only complaint is the amount of time you spend waiting. They seem to be a little understaffed, but it’s bearable.
Extremely Alarming Experience — Please Read Before Booking I’ve been trying to contact this office for two straight days, and no one answers the phone. That alone is unsettling for any medical provider, let alone a surgical practice. I went in for a consultation, was told they accept my insurance, and they even took my insurance card. Despite that, I was still charged out-of-pocket for an X-ray. After following up with my insurance provider, I was told this procedure should’ve been fully covered. Something isn’t right. The dentist who saw me — who, frankly, looked unprofessional and distracted — did not examine my mouth at all. He briefly glanced at the X-ray and immediately told me I would "lose permanent feeling in my lip" from the surgery, then walked out of the room while I was still talking. I left with no answers, no reassurance, and growing anxiety. The clinic itself was dirty, musty-smelling, and poorly maintained — not at all what you'd expect from a healthcare facility, especially one performing surgery. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe being there. The most disturbing part? I have a known tooth infection, and they were still planning to proceed with surgery. Any qualified dental professional knows that operating with an active infection poses serious, potentially life-threatening risks, including the infection spreading to the brain. I am honestly horrified by this entire experience. This place feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen — do not risk your health by coming here. If I hadn’t trusted my instincts and walked away, I could have ended up in a hospital — or worse. Protect yourself. Stay far away.
Lisa the office manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Definitely isn’t fit for working in healthcare. Didn’t offer to help get me scheduled and was extremely rude on the phone and hung up in my face. I’m sure you can see based on the other reviews a lot of people have issues. Look for care elsewhere. Lisa, look for a job that doesn’t have to deal with patient interaction and customer service
