⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had UPVC windows and doors installed through Art N Glass Inc. team headed by Col. Shailesh Pathak, at my home in Vasant Kunj, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. The team did an outstanding job .The entire team is highly organised, diligent, punctual, and skilled in their work. The fittings have been done neatly with great attention to detail, and they left the place spotless after completion. The new UPVC fittings have completely transformed the look and comfort of our house. I truly appreciate their dedication and quality workmanship. Team is communicate clearly and effectively,, excellent coordination skills demonstrated throughout the project , I was impressed by how you coordinated the logistics for the project , ensuring that all necessary materials were available and that the venue was set up correctly. But i want to give one suggestion also for future work - It would be helpful to have more regular check-ins with the team to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Pathetic experience with the customer service of art n glass especially from Mridula. No accountability whatsoever. We have got all our glass and window fixtures installed from them. Some or the other problem keeps arising. For one particular partition, I have raised a complaint multiple times, firstly they take forever to send someone, when a person comes from the company, he just takes a video and goes away. No action is taken. Been chasing them for the partition for months now. They have installed different coloured handles and the finish across the panel has already started wearing off. But no one from art n glass bothers to solve the problem. Would not advise anyone to work with them. Pls take your hard earned money elsewhere to another vendor who will hopefully give you better quality products and services. Attaching pictures for reference.
