After reading previous reviews I was, quite honestly, skeptical in going to this store. The service was excellent. I was greeted upon entry, professionally & politely referred to the proper counter for my Amazon return, and Cassandra, who took care of my return, was professional, responsive & helpful. The ultimate result is that Amazon receives the returns & the credits effected. If this is not the case, I will update the review. But, based on the service provided I have no reason to doubt this. 15/9/25 I returned another Amazon package today. Isabelle was professional, responsive, pleasant. Very smooth!

The Staples at Granby is absolutely amazing! Jennifer is very knowledgeable, quick and very pleasant to deal with. We went to print a poster, cards and other stuff for a funeral so it was very nice to have been treat so good. They printed all what we need in no time. I definitely recommend this store. Very well managed.

Had so-so experiences here. Some misdirected information but was glad to get it sorted in the end. Good products though. (Sorry can't speak for the print area, never used it.)

If I could give negative stars, I would. The people are rude. The service is terrible. Not one employee knows the answer to simple questions about their own store and what they offer. Do not recommend.
