I cannot speak too highly of this garage run by Tim Spencer with his staff Darren and Scott, not forgetting the super-informed and efficient Julie in the office and reception. Appalling telephone manner. I called up with “ I hope you can help me… “then went on to describe my problem (flat battery) she replied with what do you want us to do about it? This was after an uncomfortable pause her end…! Really? This garage is literally next door to where I have moved but I will not be using it if that’s their response to a query.
