The practitioner was amazing. She accommodated my kids and shared stories about her own. She was thorough and made sure I double checked the immunizations I was getting. She made sure her hands were clean with sanitation and also wore gloves. She explained next steps and set expectations.

Went in for an ear cleaning because I thought I had wax buildup. Turns out I was mistaken and was told that my ears were “normal”. After 5 minutes of looking in my ears I was told that my insurance does not cover it and was charged $90. I’m sorry but $90 even if I actually did have my ears unclogged would have been ridiculous, but for literally nothing being done? I feel like I have been scammed. Do not ever visit this place.

I normally like coming to this location because the healthcare providers are very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the lady with dark brown hair was completely rude and unprofessional. Not only was she significantly late (25+minutes) to our appointment, returning from her lunch it seemed. She was completely dismissive of the pain my husband was feeling. She didn’t even let him finish explaining what he was feeling when she interrupted him and said “I can’t help you. You should just go to an urgent care!” No explanation. I tired to ask her a follow up question on where she recommends, or why she said she couldn’t help us but before I could even finish saying one world she repeated “ just got to an urgent care. I can’t help”. She didn’t even once looks at my husband or me when we were speaking to her. She just kept looking at her computer. Didn’t even open the door for us when we left. It really felt like she was kicking us out. It’s unfortunate because everyone else that I have encountered here has been kind, professional, and they make you feel taken care of. I hope she can learn from her interactions and be more tactful in the future.

The WORST minute clinic. Do not come here. The NP Gayann Masam is horrendous. she will not look at you and refuses to help you but will continue to charge your account. I have a bill sitting in my account because I went in to this clinic after years of going with no issues to a completely new staff. This staff claimed they “did not take my insurance” (remember I’ve been coming to this exact location and others with the same insurance with no issues for years). She then refused to give me the proper testing, did not provide me with a diagnosis, AND did not give me any advice or medicine at the time. AND GUESS WHAT… I went to the American Family Care and found out I had the flu. Fire Gayann Masam. She is the absolute worst NP I have ever encountered.
