Sunny BahnThe technician that came out was awesome. He was friendly, clean and thorough. One star for the price. I was charged over $200 for 10 minutes of work. He unscrewed the drain, snaked it and was out. I went ahead with the service because I was leaving the next day and did not have time to go through further estimates. If I had I'm sure they would have been half the price. I appreciate the efficiency but that price tag left me feeling underwhelmed and taking advantage of. Boo.

Matt HeltzelTake a look at the recent 1 star reviews. My experience is the same. They did originally around $6,000 worth of work, then talked me into an additional $5,000 worth of work. In doing so, Landon reassured me over the phone that “I know how to write this up so insurance accepts it.” Insurance did not accept it. And 6 months later, I’m stuck with $11,000+ on a credit card, a denied claim, and probably worst of all… I can’t get a call back, an email reply, or anything from this company. I spoke recently with one of them on the phone after threatening to take legal action (because I have no other option at this point). After that, two weeks later, no responses to my calls or emails. Not only is this gross negligence, it’s misleading and incredibly deceptive. I have run a small business in phoenix for 4 years and have clients who pay me thousands of dollars and I would NEVER treat my clients like this company treats theirs. It’s embarrassing and soon enough it’s going to cost them.
