Would not recommend this company if you want your repair to be worry-free. I used them two weeks ago for a sanitary line cleanout due to a clog. Now, the exact same problem has returned. Instead of acknowledging that they failed to identify and fix the issue the first time, they blamed it on my household habits (which they did not mention it to me the first time). However, I’ve lived in this house with the same habits for five years and never had this problem before. They charged me $550 the first time without even using a camera. Now they want to charge nearly $1,000 (including camera this time) to “fix” the same issue—without addressing the root cause. Stay away from them if you want real professionals to fix your plumbing problems
