Ashley from ASC Gas Engineers was brilliant. Our Ideal boiler had just fallen out of warranty and frequently needed resetting whenever we needed hot water. Given Ashley’s experience with Ideal boilers, he quickly suggested a deep service and replacing the spark generator. He was honest, reassuring, and explained everything clearly, even when the exact cause wasn’t obvious at first. The boiler’s been running perfectly since, and he even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was still fine. Really professional and caring service — highly recommend!
