My recruiter was Dorentina Rafuna, she knew I am not from New York yet she lied to me promising all these hours and I flew out to nyc believing the pay and I only worked for one day. She had me waiting with no updating when my other site will be open. I definitely will be reporting this agency. A lot of these positive reviews are fake, please be aware. Report agency to the EEOC!

**Review:** Job seekers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with The Forum Group. My experience with recruiter Michelle Palkin and her supervisor, Indira Reyes, was deeply frustrating and unprofessional, marked by incompetence, miscommunication, and retaliatory behavior. During the summer of 2020, I endured repeated issues with Michelle Palkin providing incorrect interview details, including the wrong address and time, which caused significant stress and confusion. Despite these obstacles, I managed to secure the position, only to learn this was a recurring issue for other candidates. Attempts to address the matter professionally were met with defensiveness and disrespect from Ms. Palkin, who dismissed my concerns outright. To my shock, I received a follow-up email—copied to her supervisor, Indira Reyes—falsely accusing me of unprofessional behavior and removing me from the assignment. Ms. Reyes later sarcastically suggested escalating my complaint to the company president, only to undermine the process by implying her personal relationship with him would negate my concerns. When I contacted senior management, including President Chris Fusaro and Director of Operations Bill Slue, they initially acknowledged false claims made against me but still demanded an apology to Ms. Reyes to move forward—a completely unreasonable ultimatum. Retaliation for raising concerns about discriminatory treatment and unprofessional conduct appears to be standard practice, which is troubling and potentially unlawful. I strongly advise job seekers to avoid The Forum Group and its leadership, including Michelle Palkin, Indira Reyes, Chris Fusaro, and Bill Slue. My experience revealed a lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect for candidates' rights, making this agency a poor choice for employment opportunities.

I recently had a horrible experience with Elizabeth Quaintance at The Forum Group. She scheduled an interview for me with a law firm via Zoom. I waited on the Zoom call for over 20 minutes and nobody had shown up for the scheduled meeting. I wrote to Elizabeth explaining that I was no longer interested since I had been stood up. Elizabeth responded to my email (3 emails to be exact), one in which was degrading and completely disrespectful. She suggested that my time was not as important and since I was a "junior candidate" I should be more understanding. I explained to Elizabeth that my time is just as important, and I felt extremely disrespected by her comments. She then decided to respond to my email "defending" herself (her words) to which I did not respond. I do hope in the future other potential candidates are not treated this way.

I had been looking for a job for about eight weeks when I met with recruiting director Daniele DeMaio. She is the real deal. I had worked with recruiters prior that had me change up my resume multiple times and told me that the work I had done was not sufficient for the pay I was shooting for. Daniele was the exact opposite. She built my confidence and did not count any job out. This was helpful in letting me see the array of opportunity out there. Daniele never told me my goals were out of reach. She worked hard and continuously with me and within a week or two I had an offer in my desired field and with my goal salary. Her positivity and hard work is more than refreshing. 10/10 recommend working with her.
