“Be careful carriers” and drivers out there, 2 month ago we did a delivery for this broker and just because the shipper forgot put the temperature recorder inside the reefer they tried to reject the produce, after hours inspecting the load and daily temperature updates to the broker (reefer temperature pictures added) pretty good unit 2013 and few hours worked thermo king, they told is ok we gonna keep the produce, clean bol a lot of pictures, download from the thermo king that proof the unit was running good just because the unit pc needed update and showed dates on 2009 (don’t even existed the trailer because is a 2013 and i send it even the title copy) and the thermo king technician explaining how to read the info and giving an invoice with the right days in present time to understand, i gave authorization to talk with the technician and they are still telling “possible claim” and 9 month waiting to get info about this 2 month after delivery, they said client on vacation or client sick, client do not answer to us, all the work well done, a lot of emails, all the proof and they are still telling us “possible claim” and 9 month by the law to give you info about this payment, i will never make a load to delivery to this place or broker again because is loose your time and money and there is no respect to truck drivers or carriers. In the meantime we are working with the USDA to find the way by the law to get our rights respected.

Booked a load with Sheila, after 20 minutes of waiting for the rate confirmation, I made a phone call and was told the load was booked with the other carrier. She sold it for cheaper after booking with me and never picked up the phone again! Be aware of this shady broker!

Theres not enough words to describe how professional Ascent Global operates. The customer service is A+ and the service is smooth. Whether if its LTL or FTL Ascent will always be at the top of my list.
