Neill CullenWow really amazing space...spaces actually on different levels. Amazing first class equipment and plenty of it. Probably first gym or fitness space that caters to all people of different fitness levels with no judgements. Great vibe. The coaches I have met are very warm and welcoming, head coach Sam has a great attitude and very approachable. I feel their goal is to create a great, supportive environment and tbh help the community also. Mission accomplished. Would definitely recommend giving them a go. A+

Sam is a super responsive and ethical owner and a lovely human, who very kindly bought me a sandwich when I flaked it in my first workout by not eating breakfast. Beyond the call of duty! I was warmly shepherded through my orientation by gorgeous member-welcomer Ez. And the fabulous Lacey my coach has adapted our sessions to my limits with ample attentiveness, while also pushing me and being lovely company. At every point in the process my needs have been met with empathy and no judgement. My body feels good. Can't recommend highly enough 🥰
Billie Hanson-UlrichI have never been one for a traditional exercise/gym routine, and always opted for team sports or other fun ways of moving my body, but Sam and the Tgen family have made me fall in love with weight lifting. The community and environment has been nothing short of welcoming and supportive no matter what kind of day you are having. The coaches all strive to work to your needs and goals, and everybody is considerate of communication and sensory needs. Highly recommend for anyone, but especially for my fellow queer and neurodivergent pals!
ArloWonderful space, amazing crew who welcomed me and made me feel safe from the get-go. It's connected me to community and I was never looked down on for not knowing about gym stuff or equipment and I've been doing amazing with a weekly PT session here, I get compliments on my muscles all the time!
