The receptionist insisted that I book a phone consultation just to receive my pathology test results instead of simply sending me the report. During the call, which lasted only a few seconds, the doctor told me the result was negative. Later, I received the pathology report, which clearly said "Negative." I can read! Then they billed me $60, and to make matters worse, the doctor processed the Medicare rebate as only $19.60.
Really love the team here. They’re always incredibly friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Been going here for years and have never had a bad experience.
Unfortunately this place has gone downhill since Andrew and Maureen left. New owners overcharging and disorganised. Requesting a script is the equivalent of carving off your own leg with a bread and butter knife. They have managed to retain some of the good GPs i.e. Ruth, Leonora and Catherine. But who knows how long they will last with the new structure.
