Bob ZiThe receptionist insisted that I book a phone consultation just to receive my pathology test results instead of simply sending me the report. During the call, which lasted only a few seconds, the doctor told me the result was negative. Later, I received the pathology report, which clearly said "Negative." I can read! Then they billed me $60, and to make matters worse, the doctor processed the Medicare rebate as only $19.60.

A ChristieUnfortunately this place has gone downhill since Andrew and Maureen left. New owners overcharging and disorganised. Requesting a script is the equivalent of carving off your own leg with a bread and butter knife. They have managed to retain some of the good GPs i.e. Ruth, Leonora and Catherine. But who knows how long they will last with the new structure.
Tac KhaosClinic is amazing and the employees are warm and fun. I feel the need to say that although people are complaining about long wait times they do not mention that this is a issue for the vast majority of doctors clinics. If you want health care that isnt fruaght with unforseen issues that take longer than the expected time then pay a lot more for a doctor who charges more to make up for the long times between patients that soak up this issue.
