Got quoted under £1000 for the works which should have taken 1 day, Got a phone call stating the Mechanic i may add looked barely out of school couldnt get a bolt out, I said i need my van for work in which i have now lost £1240 due to this not being fixed, Went back 3 working days later to be told the bill is now £1107, when i said about the extra work not being my fault the woman on the front desk was very defensive and quite rude i may add not willing to help at all, "i told you on the phone the price" so now im down £1240 + an extra £107, Thinking of getting your Vehicle serviced here? Honestly i really wouldnt, I came here because its a ford approved garage and i will NEVER be returning. disgusting attitude and just money grabbers

Charlie was absolutely brilliant when we came into test drive and eventually buy our Omoda E5 Noble. He's not at all pushy. He's knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to take us through all the various options and packages. The car was pristine and expertly demonstrated for handover and the other people in the dealership are friendly and helpful. In future it’s probably easier just to turn up to the show room than it is to call ahead of time. 10+ times of calling just to be told someone will call you back, which they don’t, just doesn’t sit right with me. This is not a one off occasion as there are multiple other people I know who have this same issue with this same dealership and multiple times myself. When you finally do get through to someone, rather than listen to what you’re explaining they would rather explain other people’s experiences. It’s a shame that great experience isn’t spread out for all of their customers.
