I ordered online on Saturday and was told my parts would be ready Tuesday after 10am. I received a confirmation text on Tuesday saying it was ready, yet when I showed up that afternoon, I was told the order was "gone" because it had expired after 2 days. Seems nonsensical that an order expire before the collection window even opens? The staff member wasn't particularly apologetic and kind of came across like it was my problem. He said he couldn't re-do the order over the counter because they couldn't match the online price I had paid. In fairness it was the end of the day so maybe they just didn't want to spend time sorting it, but either way it's frustrating that staff aren't equipped or willing to fix a mistake caused by their own system. I waited 3 days for nothing and had my time wasted. Please fix your system or work out how to sort the problem over the counter.

Order online using the parts finder with your Reg. Get back it's the wrong one so go back to store who refund me the product give me the correct one but then charge me more than the online price. When asked why they didn't allow the online price they said as they couldn't do it. I said to refund me and I'll order online for collection and collect it now. The guy then said it will take half hour to pick your one item and we close in 25 minutes so we can't. Then mid serving they ask me to move my car as they wanted to put the work van there. Couldn't wait for me to finish. Typical as a staff member had parked his A4 across 4 bays out front so no one had anywhere to park. Honestly shambles, this place has gone down hill!

Had an issue with a faulty part, came back and was greeted with great service. Lovely lady and she was very helpful with the issue and knew her stuff when came to the part. Double checked everything including part numbers, etc
