UPDATE - Over two months on and we are still not complete. My ‘Genuine concerns’ have NOT been ‘addressed promptly’. Gavin has visited the house once and has attempted to suggest that instances of damage and poor fitting were ‘not that noticeable’ and they would likely damage more fittings if the were to try and resolve them!! That should be their issue - not ours. Simply unacceptable for a £21,000 kitchen and we are now being given the runaround by Gavin (parts arrived but not correct colour so wait another two weeks… parts sent to the Stirling branch not the local branch but he was ‘down south’ so would need to check and get back to us… never did. We are having to chase them constantly and get a new excuse each time…) Tried to escalate to the MD to no success who answered the phone and then informed us he was not working that week. Did not call us back or attempt to get others to address genuine concerns. So I have now added photos to show the poor quality installation which includes damage to our path by their waste removal company and Stanley blade left lying on the ground in our garden where our children play. PLEASE AVOID ASHLEY ANN and read the other reviews on yell etc to see this is not a one off. I do not recommend Ashley Ann (Glasgow branch). Issues from day one with quality of installation, we are now 5 weeks without a working kitchen (no hot water as taps fitted incorrectly, scratches to new appliances, worktops incorrectly fitted, air vents blocked… i could go on). Constantly told things will be fixed and issues resolved. Designer Gavin now on leave and no apparent handover so have had to visit the showroom today as calls never returned. Someone new now needs two weeks to review. Manager on leave as well. Shambles of a company, poor quality kitchen, poor care and attention to installation and zero customer service. STAY WELL CLEAR

We came across Ashley Ann mainly because they had a local showroom. The service and attention to detail from designer Angela Kerr was fantastic from start to finish. She listened to what we thought we wanted and made many helpful suggestions, while never being pushy. We needed a wall knocking down as part of our project, and the kitchen fitter David did all of that will ease - nothing was too much trouble for him. The kitchen was installed on time (JUST before Xmas). David returned to finish some small snagging jobs. We noticed there was a chip from the corner of our island. Angela had ordered a replacement before we had even asked her to. Service cannot be faulted. Design cannot be faulted. Installation cannot be faulted. It was a very positive experience from beginning to end.

From start to finish the process of designing my new kitchen was a great experience with the team at Ashley Ann. After an initial design consultation i was able to pick every fine detail in order to achieve the look i wanted. Nothing was a hassle and the selection and quality of the products used is 10/10. The huge range of quality doors, handles, appliances and worktops allows you to create a unique look which enables your kitchen to become a great feature in your home! I have already recommended Ashley Ann kitchens to many people who have complimented my beautiful kitchen. I couldn't fault my experience and am delighted with the end result and after service provided. Thanks again. :-)
