Thoroughly happy with the job and service just completed by this garage. Very knowledgable mechanics and friendly reception staff. The job also was completed in 1 hour instead of 2 hours like they first thought and so I was only charged for the hour labour plus parts. Very honest garage and I will definitely go back there.

I paid £250 for a service and MOT on 29th October and was told everything was fine, with my brakes marked green and no issues raised. 2,000 miles later, my car started scraping and squealing. Another garage found my rear brake pads were worn down to metal on metal and the discs were badly damaged (see photos). The “service” is completely misleading. A visual check of the break pads, is no checking the break pads if this can be missed. There is no way the brakes were in good condition in October if they ended up like this so quickly. If they were low or borderline, I should have been told at the time. I did contact this garage and was told to bring the car back in, but I needed my car fixed urgently and couldn’t wait while driving around with unsafe brakes. If they can miss something this obvious, it makes me worry about what other corners were cut when checking my car and getting it serviced

Outstanding garage. The best place to go in town. From helpful service on the phone to when I picked the car up. I had tyres fitted via the mobile service, I was at home with a sick toddler and didn’t even have to leave the house. They were fitted quickly and I paid the invoice online after. MOT a few days later was done with zero waiting and on time. Absolute first class this place
