We were shown where the furniture was that we were looking for and was left alone to look at furniture we might like. We reviewed options and talked with the rep and he provided us great information that helped us make a decision. I expected pressure and a sales pitch but it didn't happen, which made us very happy. We ended up purchasing the sofa and chair that we liked.
