I was pleasantly surprised at the no pressure to buy at Haynes. We were very courteously received when we entered the showroom. We were shown where the furniture was that we were looking for and was left alone to look at furniture we might like. We reviewed options and talked with the rep and he provided us great information that helped us make a decision. I expected pressure and a sales pitch but it didn't happen, which made us very happy. We ended up purchasing the sofa and chair that we liked.

Finally found the piece I’d been searching for. It is EXACTLY what I wanted with the price and quality I desired. It’s the perfect addition to my office space. The delivery was on time (early in the window given). The two gentlemen were quiet but pleasant. They got straight to business, assembled my sectional and badaboom badabing… the job was done and I was left feeling very satisfied with the service.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We also got a fantastic deal, which made the experience even better.
