Jerry and his helper Bin have spent the last 3 days in my home, updating my boiler room. The installation was done professionally and smoothly. They were both courteous, and respectful of my home. Jerry took the time to explain everything to me upon completion. I am grateful to have such a trustworthy company to call on when needed. I highly recommend Ashton for your HVAC and plumbing needs. Japn came to install our new furnace and we have only one word to describe the work — Professional. Worth every penny and really give us a piece of mind that it’s done properly, especially with such a high price item. The work took three days and they did not make a mess and clean up everything before they left. Our furnace room looks amazing. Mo also gave us good recommendations and very helpful along the whole process. Highly recommend this company.

I can't rave enough about what a fantastic job Johnny and Randy did today! After days without gas, heat, and water, because of one issue after another popping up, we were feeling hopeless. When Johnny and Randy arrived they inspected everything, they were extremely detailed in providing me with explanations and information, and they did a very thorough job getting everything fixed and up and running for us within just a couple hours. They even went above and beyond, fixing a couple errors done by a previous plumbing company. A great big thank you to Johnny and Randy, and to Caryn for making the arrangements and sending the team out as quickly as she could! Ashton will be the only call I make next time, and every time!

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Ashton and the installation of my outdoor AC unit. First of all, they installed the unit without getting an electrical permit with the city I reside in. Long story short, the electrical permit was denied. Secondly, the installer decided to drill a hole in the side of my house (into vinyl siding and into my garage) and then realized it was in the wrong spot and to fix the issue, they just decided to seal the hole. This clearly shows very minimal planning took place before drilling in the side of someone's house. After the work was completed..I was then told to seal the hole made inside my garage where the electrical wires ran because 'he didn't have any sealer on him'. The electrical company then did come back and at least fix this issue. After inspecting the work a little further, they also never sealed the proper hole they made on the outside of my house where the electrical wires and AC conduit run..so now water and insects can get into the hole. Again, I'm just extremely disappointed with the quality of work performed and overall customer service I received from Ashton. No one ever calls me back when they say they will. Instead, I have to call them. I just figured after spending $8600+, the work would be performed properly and the customer service would be better. After talking with a supervisor/manager about all these issues, I was told she would talk to a different manager and get back to me about a possible resolution, it's now been over 1 week and no phone call. Dealing with anyone at Ashton has been very frustrating.
