Ju LiaVor 2 Wochen hatte ich telefonisch fĂĽr den heutigen Tag um 13 Uhr eine Behandlung gebucht. Gestern habe ich eine Terminerinnerung per sms fĂĽr heute um 13Uhr erhalten. Aufgrund einer mehrfach Belegung wurde ich heute um 13uhr nicht behandelt (trotz Termin). Es gab weder eine vernĂĽnftige Entschuldigung noch eine vorzeitige Absage. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen!!!!

Emsiger_80Wir hatten gestern eine " Zeit zu Zweit" gebucht. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und sehr nett eingewiesen. Die Massage war sehr wohltuend und entspannend. Der Raum war warm; etwas Stimmungsmusik rundeten es ab. Die Intensität der Massage war okay . Der Preis von 229€ ist mit Eintritt in Sauna und Bad mehr als okay Wir würde es nochmal buchen
I. FrenzelDieses Spa befindet sich innerhalb des Badeland, in der Saunalandschaft. Als ich einen Gutschein geschenkt bekam, vereinbarte ich telefonisch einen Termin und auf Nachfrage auch noch ein paar Informationen, ĂĽber den Ablauf vor Ort. Mir wurden weitere Informationen versprochen, in Form einer Email, die aber leider nicht kam. Das habe ich dann auch gleich im Spa zu spĂĽren bekommen, denn die Dame am Empfang war sehr ungehalten und motzte mich gleich an. Kein guter Start, denn ich habe gemerkt, dass es hier wohl zu wenig Mitarbeiter gibt und das macht natĂĽrlich Druck. Schlussendlich war die Massage aber wirklich gut. Schade fand ich aber die mangelnde Kommunikation zu Beginn, da ist Luft nach oben.
