On every occasion they have been courteous, friendly, professional and very efficient. A lovely company run by lovely people. New secondhand van and only 1 key! J Day Engineering at Henstridge recommended ASL and got a price. Thought I’d check the main dealer and got a price cheaper BUT - there’s always a BUT, key un programmed was just over half quoted by ASL but the other main dealer recommended programming company asked if I had the key card and you guessed it - NO, its probably with the other key! Ah was the reply and therefore we cannot reprogram a key without it so you would need the complete replacement kit which comes with 2 keys for £440 but the programming would be extra (didn’t ask) Thought I better check with ASL to see if this was going to be a repeat story but no, they have new software that allows them to carry on without the additional replacement complete key kit. Anyway they turned up, communication was excellent and service was 1st class. Most important part, key worked in the ignition and the remote worked like the original. What a result, saved me money and piece of mind with 2 keys now - 10/10
