Customer experiences
We love Aspasia! Even if you aren't on a gluten-free diet - you should definitely give it a try. I'm hoping they're able to open back up fully after having to switch to reduced hours and drive-thru only due to staffing challenges. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. My wife is severe celiac and this is almost the only place in town where she can eat or drink anything. We have had breakfast and lunch numerous times. Our favorites: cinnamon rolls with lattes and breakfast casserole. For lunch: the flatbread pizzas are amazing. Their salads are second to none. We even hosted an incredible birthday party for her and their attention to detail was outstanding.... sliders and a fruit tray, charcuterie board and an amazing lemon blueberry cake. They even helped me come up with a cake based upon flavors she likes. I can't compliment them enough.
Aspasia is great spot for finding gluten free baked goods. They offer a variety of cookies, scones and brownie options to choose from. I tried their salted caramel brownie. It was chewy for my taste but I didnāt disappoint with its flavour. It was mildly sweet just like how I like my dessertsāŗļø. I look forward to try their coffee and bento cakes. They also have a great outdoor patio facing the main road which would make a perfect evening outing in summers.āļø
We hosted a bridal shower in the upstairs area for 25 people. The space was just perfect and the food amazing!! The staff was so attentive and helpful. They checked on us several times to see if there was anything we needed. They had the area set up for us when we arrived and insisted on doing all the cleanup! Carrie Skinner, the manager was great to work with as we planned the menu. She was a great communicator and helpful in describing the choices. All the food was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend the quiche and macrons!
Ok! What a cute cute find in Zionsville! I have been meaning to try Aspasia since I heard about locally owned and in house gluten free flour plus the gluten free only coffee shop! I donāt eat gluten free but do like to try new varieties and the coffee + salted Carmel brownie didnāt disappoint. The combo was truly good and I loved seeing the cozy ambience, cushioned chairs, and a second floor with even cozier seating. My order was to go for a long journey but I enjoyed talking to the server and loved looking around. Thereās in-house coffee beans and a beautiful patio overlooking the main road. Truly a gem worthy place!
