Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, and above all, if you don't speak English, they have a translation line. You don't need to bring a person to translate for you. The most important thing is that they don't charge you for the first appointment or the x-ray. I've had 2 visits and they've been excellent. They are trying to recover my smile since it was quite destroyed, that's why I give them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the best dental visit l have ever had in my dental experience. The staff was stellar and everyone knew their job description and followed it to the letter. I’m 69 years young and l’ve had my share of dental offices and staffs. Great vibes and l can’t wait to share my friends and family the experience l received from the Millerville Office. With our economy in the state it is in the manager share with us discounts and options to get the necessary dental services we so need. The explained everything to the penny. This is a new vibe in dental care. I had tears in my eyes when Dr. Loy explained the steps and level of care l could expect from her and her associates. Kudos to the Aspen Dental.

I have never had a dentist office that canceled an appointment every time they give you one. This is the fifth appointment canceled by the College Dr location. After waiting weeks to get in they call and cancel a few days before your appointment. After the last cancellation I told the young lady I’ll just find me another dentist office. My sister and cousin experience the same thing. I did mention it to the woman dentist at one of my visits and she asked me why did they canceled? I replied, the office will be closed or the dentist had an emergency or some other lie. Good bye!! Worth place ever.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! From the ladies who took my xray to the dentist and the insurance office manager. She went over my cost and treatment plan in a way I could understand. She made me feel comfortable and her empathy paired with her exceptional personality and professionalism was top tier. I’m hard to please and they exceeded my expectations. I haven’t been to a dentist in over 4 years due to my fear they have definitely made me feel way more comfortable. Appointment made the same day! Office hours are phenomenal. I was searching the web doing research on dentistry and they came highly recommended. Millerville location is 10/10 for me!
