Gentle Dental is great! I’ve been a couple times now and they always make me feel good about my at home hygiene. They’ve offered options for prevention that give me hope. The doctor even remembered what I had told him the first time. All of the specialists are in one location too! Best of all, my teeth feel so clean!

Kimberly was great today! My son’s bracket came off and she quickly fixed it no problem! She was happy and helpful and he left with a smile on his face! Thank you GD ortho team for always being helpful and encouraging!

Very disappointing experience at Gentle Dental Progress Ridge. I made it very clear when booking that I was looking for a lingual/fixed retainer, and they still scheduled me for an appointment. After taking the time to come in, I was told that they don’t even offer this treatment and was given the excuse that it is “bad for the teeth.” This is completely misleading and shows a lack of respect for the patient’s time. If a clinic doesn’t provide a service, they should say so upfront instead of wasting people’s time and money. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for honest and professional communication.
