After decades of dental fear, my oral health had significantly declined. Initially, I was overwhelmed with anxiety and embarrassment, but the wonderful team with the exception of one individual was truly everything I had prayed for. My doctor prescribed anxiety medication to help calm me before the appointment, which definitely made a difference. From the moment I was seen, the dental hygienist and dentist created a space where I felt safe, respected, and genuinely heard. Their attentiveness and kindness helped me drop my guard and feel human again. The financial coordinator (“money lady”) was an unexpected delight—gracious, warm, and highly professional. Honestly, we could’ve chatted all day, but she handled business quickly and kindly, making an often-dreaded process smooth and even enjoyable. The receptionist was also kind and welcoming, and the quiet, calm atmosphere helped me feel emotionally safe enough to be vulnerable. Now, not every team member gave that same warmth there was a hint of borderline sarcasm and emotional distance from one of the supporting staff. Not enough to ruin the experience, but definitely noticeable. Still, the core team the ones who had the biggest impact deserve a solid 5 stars. I walked in afraid. I left with hope. And that’s what matters most.

My experience with Aspen Dental was not good. During my initial visit, I selected a set of dentures that were the next step under they're best. The uppers that I received was they're cheapest version. As you can see from my bottom partial denture, I have a gap because, a tooth that should've been removed was left in, and now every time I take a picture, I'm reminded how disappointed I am with how my experience turned out. I would just suggest to anyone planning to have your dental work done there, to take a picture of the type of dentures you've choose and don't let them tell you that any imperfections in your result will work itself out.

The doctors were very nice. The billing is set up so they tell you everything before you get worked done or anything like that. Make sure you know everything before working on teeth were able to help reduce my pain with my root canal that I need to get done. They don’t take Meridian health insurance, but doctors are really good. Nurses are really good the Front receptionist really good they were able to help me reduce my pain the very same day and made a same day appointment A little on the pricey side, but great overall
