This was my 1st experience at Aspen. I was incredibly happy from start to finish. Every tech that worked with me were friendly & knowledgeable. I went in embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. From the dentist, the dental hygiene tech to the treatment plan coordinator, Elisa... I was treated with respect and understanding. I left my appointment feeling on top of the world. I am going to have my smile back! I am thrilled! Thank you Aspen Dental - Lancaster!

Wasn't the greatest experience. The facility did not seem clean. It needs updates. Rusty tank, dusty hoses, yellowing tubing. I was also told my plan does not cover a cleaning. It does...

I would definitely have to say I would definitely be returning… I walked in so unhappy and sad about my lost teeth… by the time I left out of there I was so happy everyone there was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in to the time I went back to placing my order. Everyone was great. I very highly recommend this place. The process was quick easy going and not expensive…

Had a root canal procedure done here. I was quoted a price for my procedure that seemed unusually high, so I asked for a breakdown of the costs. I was told they couldn’t provide one until after the procedure was completed, which should have been a red flag. Unfortunately, I went ahead and paid, assuming that was standard practice. After the procedure, I finally received the itemized breakdown and discovered that the pricing was completely different from what I had been led to expect. I even contacted my insurance provider, who confirmed that the billing and submission didn’t appear to be handled properly. When I brought this up with the office, they refused to make any corrections or adjustments. To be fair, the actual dental work itself seemed fine, but the process was disorganized and unnecessarily long. I arrived early for my appointment and still waited over 30 minutes to be seen. When my permanent crowns were placed, they were initially way too tall and had to be manually ground down for about an hour. And then the dentist left mid-procedure, saying they’d be back in 10 minutes but didn’t return for 55 minutes (yes I timed it). Another dentist ended up finishing the work.
