I when there to get a tooth extracted, as I was in pain, and they just pushed it off to the next day! As I was already there for 2 hours, they still had 30 minutes before they were about to closed. They could take 20 minutes and help me! Knowing I had 2 hour drive back and forth. But over all everyone was really nice for the most part! And I really like that they go into details with you and give you the bigger picture of what’s going on with your teeth.

Mya and the entire staff have exceptional customer service. They make you feel like you matter and not like you are just a number or money pot. The hygienist and dentist were informative and they calmed my jitters. In all my years I have never had a better experience in any medical office, let alone a dentist's office. I wish that I could remember all of the staff's names in order to give the proper recognition to each individual. If you have fear or any type of anxiety when it comes dental visits, I suggest you go to Aspen Dental on Nicholasville Rd. You will not be disappointed!

Everyone involved with the evaluation and solution to my problem were incredibly nice and informative. I lacked dental care for a while and no one was judgmental. I appreciated that. Future care was detailed and itemized so there are no unexpected financial surprises.
