Dental procedure for lower snap-in implants that began in March and completed in November. A long process, but every visit went well, and the doctor, assistants, everyone involved were great. I always felt completely at ease and comfortable. I know the new appliance will take getting used to, and the folks at Aspen are there if needed. All in all, I would highly recommend Aspen for any dental issues.

My first experience at this location was fantastic. Every one of the staff members were super nice and caring from the moment I walked in up to the time I walked out of the office. Also, the service was very efficient and it surprised me how quickly everything was done. This is a great location.

Everyone here was very friendly today when I went in to get my teeth checked. I didn't catch the name of the lady at the front desk, but she got my humor. The dental assistant, Abdullah, was nice and was very understanding and patient when I explained that I often have trouble with dental x-rays. The bite pads tend to dig and cut me, so x-rays can be a bit rough. He went at my pace, and continually checked if I needed a break or to stop, which I appreciate. Bonus points, the bite pads here were more rounded than at my previous dentist. So while the x-rays were still not a comfortable experience for me, it wasn't as painful as usual and didn't give me any cuts. The dental hygienist, Sharmaine, was also friendly and I appreciate that she was careful when cleaning my teeth. I warned her about a sore spot on the inside of my cheek, and she was careful to avoid irritating it. That is not something I can say of every dental hygienist that I've been seen by. Dr.Joseph went over my x-rays with me to actually show me the trouble areas, so I could better understand what the problem was. And helped clear up a few things so I could make an informed decision about how to proceed. The office manager, Mena, was patient and kind while I tried to figure out finances for the dental work I need. And she was generally just a nice person to chat with while the computer was loading. I do not enjoy going to the dentist. There is no force in the universe that will make dental x-rays or a cleaning feel pleasant to me. But if I have to do something that is uncomfortable for me, at least the staff here minimized the discomfort as much as they could and they did it with a smile.

This was my first time at Aspen Dental, coming home from vacation I had a tooth crack, and it was painful! I called and they got me in the next day. It was a pleasant and very professional visit, from the receptionist to the Dr. who fixed my tooth, and everyone in between. The whole staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care. MRSID.
