Everything went very smoothly until I had to wait an extremely long time to get the treatment plan & the estimated cost. All employees were EXTREMELY nice and customer service was excellent. However, the price was a bit high for someone on Medicare only. Some things she said/implied I would have to pay were not so. I am now checking with my insurance company to see what they will & will not pay.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The staff was professional and kind. They were helpful and knowledgeable when answering any questions and concerns that I had. They took very good care of me and seemed interested in helping me to get all of my needed procedures done by offering me options on paying for my dental work.

After reviewing Aspen’s reviews on Google I was skeptical about if I made the right choice to choose them for my dental needs but I’m happy I didn’t let those reviews ruin the experience I had. People complained about the wait but the wait wasn’t bad at all, it went exceptionally fast compared to going to a regular doctor appointment. People complained that they felt like a product going down an assembly line and I didn’t feel that way at all. There’s different rooms and areas for different reasons, just like a doctor office. People complained that they were pushing them for different products but all they did was inform me on different options they had for different budgets. I also saw people complaining about they got charged a bill after but they inform you that upfront that if your dental insurance doesn’t cover all the costs then you are responsible for that and that’s the same as anywhere else, if you ask me. The whole staff was super helpful and friendly. I have anxiety when it comes to dentists but they made me relaxed and calm the whole time. I had my whole top pulled and dentures put in within 30 minutes and the pain after wasn’t bad at all. People complained about all they give us antibiotics and ibuprofen but they work well enough to me to manage my pain so I don’t see an issue with that at all. Overall Aspen gave me the best experience I could’ve ever expected and I’m so happy I did t let those negative reviews keep me from going. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Today was my first visit and i was very nervous because I have to have a tooth pulled. The staff was nice & the sweet young lady that took me back & did X-rays was friendly & she explained everything as we went along. I met Dr. Kerber & she was so kind, she thoroughly explained things, discussed options, answered my questions & I felt at ease. Lastly, I met the operations manager, Kimi Edward’s, and she explained my plan of treatment, the cost & everything else that makes you want to chew your fingernails off….she is an exceptional person, very personable and I left feeling confident that I will be taken care of tomorrow.
