This office has an amazing staff who are kind, patient and above all, compassionate. The front desk receptionist was so very kind, and just seeing her interact with other patients made me believe there are still people who want to help others. I can’t leave out the office manager, because she was top notch. Just by the way she carried herself, you knew she means business. She was funny, yet she was extremely professional. From the X-ray tech to the hygienist, assistants and the dentist, they did a stellar job. Thank you for a positive experience, and I would highly recommend them for your dental needs.

The staff showed true empathy for the pain I was experiencing, speaking with gentleness and patience, and making sure my needs were prioritized. They not only helped relieve my pain but also took the time to explain my treatment options and provide a financial plan that gave me peace of mind. I would especially like to recognize Sierra Howard and Raneisha Bowman for their kindness and dedication. They handled my situation with compassion, even as I sat in tears from pain, and ensured my doctor was informed to get pain management under control quickly. Their follow-up on my visits, treatment plan, work excuse, medication, and financial arrangements showed just how much they care about their patients’ well-being. I felt so ashamed when I arrived and was questioning even showing up. I was greeted with nothing but smiles and warmth. Buy the icing and cherry on the cake was Sierra. She is truly your office gem. Her role and interaction is so necessary. She let me cry and together we formulated a plan to accommodate my goal.
