I had a wonderful experience. I needed my wisdom teeth removed, and they had me scheduled faster than any other place. Their staff was super kind through the whole processes, and their office manager Darlene was extremely helpful getting the payment plan and insurance set up. I felt like I was in great hands when I was there. Everything was kind and professional!

Very welcoming and caring atmosphere! Everyone was so sweet and really caring! I got an amazing cleaning by Aimee, and when I was discussing my further steps with Dr. Saab he was so nice and really cared about making sure I would get the best options possible. I can tell that everyone really respects each other and that leads me to believe that the Office Manager, Darlene, sets a great example!

When making an appointment on-line, there is nothing that states that on-line appointments are only for new patience. Through the two hours at your facility the staff was checking insurance coverage other than asking if we had been in your facility. I had made the appointment for my Mom to get her dentures realigned . I was given a quote of $900.00+ for the realignment. At that point I said that why would we pay when we got her dentures at this facility. A different story after that. Very long story short…put on the website that online appointments are only for new patience. As well as a note stating that existing patience must call for an appointment. In my opinion, it should be the other way around.
