My first time here and I must say everything went good. The staff was very nice to me and took care of my issue on the same day. I was really happy for all they did to help me. I surely would recommend Aspen Dental to others.

The front desk lady really ruined my experience with this office. My last cleaning appointment 10/2 they were recommending my wisdom teeth be removed so I opened a Care Credit, paid, and the only day available for November, I would not have been able to have a driver. I expressed the concern and they said they can schedule it in and then closer to the end of October/early November I can call and they will be able to reschedule for the one date in December they do wisdom teeth. So that’s what I did, scheduled at the moment for the date in November and called exactly a month after scheduling to get in December. This front desk lady who picked up the phone when I called claimed there’s a very strict cancellation/rescheduling policy… hello the service is already paid for!! If I don’t have a ride am I supposed to drive myself??!?! What the hell is the problem with rescheduling when I was told that was okay to do since at the time they didn’t have the date for December available yet! Still waiting for someone to return my call for either a refund or schedule me in! This is ridiculous. I’m beyond pissed off that I’m being refused rescheduling for a service that’s already paid for. About to just take my business elsewhere.

Today is October 30, 2025. I had an appointment at Aspen Dental. As I walked in, I was called by my name by one of the staff. I felt at home to be considered by a dedicated and professional staff. It did not take me long to be seen by the doctor. The service I received was very well appreciated. Staff at Aspen Dental are very good at what they do, effective and efficient. This dental office has been very helpful and understanding. Shyann has helped me with a payment plan to accommodate my needs. Josue in X ray was thorough and made it easy for the dentist to find out I had other issues needing addressing. Which my last dental office completely missed. Dr Young was polite and very outgoing and made me feel at ease during my procedure and lastly my dental assistant Maria was so sweet. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer many of my questions. I highly recommend.
