Update September 2025: An excellent experience with Dr and staff today. Thanks again, doc. Front teeth look and feel great! There was TP by the time I left. Adding photo for context. Much better. :) Rodeo did exactly what they said they would in their response below. The audio is no longer blasting on multiple devices. It’s much calmer of an experience which really helped me feel more comfortable today. The bathroom was much cleaner but still lacking toilet paper. Great work, Rodeo Dental. It really means a lot to customers that you act on reviews instead of ignoring them. Thank you.. April 2025: I really like this place. They found cavities my past dentist did not. Also, they have advanced equipment, friendly staff, and do their best to make you comfortable. My only reason for a four star is the amount of different brain related activities that happen at once while you visit this office. There are up to four different things playing at once from tv’s in each room in a different channel to several different radio stations on at once, in addition to bings and chimes (not sure the source-maybe staff phones). It’s so confusing to the brain and can make you VERY uneasy when adding into the general anxiety that most patients experience while visiting the dentist. The office manager could fix this very easily. Thank you! Edit: see bathroom as I left. I asked them to clean and replace empty soap. Just a little extra attention and this would be great

I have taken my adult brother to this dental practice three times now and everyone from the women at the front desk, to the hygienists and dentists have been kind and patient. My brother has a traumatic brain injury and other medical conditions and the staff listens to him, makes sure he feels comfortable and does a good job working on cleaning and repairing his teeth. The only reason I’m not leaving five stars is because at each appointment, we have waited 15 - 30 minutes for our scheduled appointment. I’m not sure if this is because they are understaffed, overbooked or if they’re just taking time with patients (we have never felt rushed). The positive patient experience for my brother has outweighed the wait time so we’ll just plan for extra time.

Highly recommend Dr. Mulugund. She took her time and actually cared about not only her work but the specialist that she had to refer me too. Offered to call them and insured me that she would make them send her pictures to double check their work! You won't find a dentist like her anymore. Rodeo Dental better give her a raise and make a contract to keep her there!
