Our experience with Asphalt Solutions Plus goes back to 2020 when we had a large hydraulic fluid leak in our parking lot from a commercial truck that caused substantial damage. We were familiar with some of the employees at Asphalt Solutions at the time due to their wonderful volunteer work in helping us create our children’s playground at our daycare. Christy Compton was our contact from start to finish and has been since. Her advice, guidance and participation in the insurance claim filing with the trucking company was invaluable. It was a long process and she supported us continually. The result was a settlement large enough that we ended up deciding to replace our whole parking lot and not just the damaged area. Asphalt Solutions again provided us with solid recommendations and displayed much patience in educating us on all aspects of a parking lot reconstruction. Such as extra layers of asphalt in the area of garbage truck approach to our dumpster and determining the ideal spot the dumpster should be located to reduce wear and tear on our asphalt from dumpster service. The parking lot was completed according to schedule and the result was impressive. You always have a preconceived notion of how it’s going to look and this was much better. Asphalt Solutions Plus recently performed our regularly scheduled maintenance this last summer by repairing cracks that had started forming, cleaning debris and surface dirt by brooming, using high pressure blowers and vacuum, cleaning oils spots and applying the seal coating with a hand broom application process. They finished the job with new yellow line striping for the parking spots and blue line striping and stenciling for handicapped parking. Our parking lot looks brand new once again. Asphalt Solutions Plus has always responded quickly to questions, explained every step of the process completely, given us fair and competitive pricing, performed their service right on schedule (unless weather conditions dictated otherwise) and best of all, did exactly what they told us they would do without ever straying from the original plan.
